Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours, in some instances your order may take a little longer. Hand stamped tags can take up to 4 days to be sent. Any orders placed on the weekend or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We pack and send your order as quickly as we can. If you find that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, contact us asap at shop@dappleandspots.com along with your order number and correct address as we only have a short amount of time to change or cancel an order.
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order are correct upon checkout.
  • Delivery charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Should a delivery be "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

International Shipping

  • Flat rate International shipping is ONLY $20AUS not matter how large your order is shipping will always be $20AUS to anywhere in the world...
  • Please allow 72-96 hours for orders to be processed , (the time period is due to DHL pickup from Perth to Sydney Depo before being shipped to destination country). Any orders placed on the weekend or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • All orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce services. We pack and send your order as quickly as we can. If you find that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, contact us asap at shop@dappleandspots.com along with your order number and correct address as we only have a short amount of time to change or cancel an order.
  • Delivery charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipients responsibility and Dapple and Spots is not held responsible for these costs.
  • Should a delivery be "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
  • International orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You must provide a business or residential address.

 Tracking

All local Australian orders are trackable through the Australia Post website and International orders through DHL. You'll receive an email from us when your item is shipped including your tracking number (please allow a few days for the tracking number to be emailed to you and also show up on the courier's website.)

 

Shipping Times

  • Delivery time is approximately 5-14 days within Australia depending on your location (orders are sent from Perth so please allow extra time to arrive interstate, rural areas may take up to 14 days)
  • For international deliveries, we estimate a metropolitan delivery time of 7 - 14 business days (rural deliveries can take up to 30 business days). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to third party delivery services and unforeseen circumstances such as customs, government stoppages and local postal delays.

Additional Information

Customers please note if you are ordering our hand stamped ID tags they are stamped by our master stamper twice a week, so please allow a few extra days for us to get your order made and sent out to you.

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time however we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
